What we collect

When you submit the Design Partner form on clubrelay.app, we collect the business contact information you provide: your name, email address, club name, role, approximate number of teams, and any optional message or description of your club’s biggest operational challenge. We do not collect information about athletes, minors, or any other individuals through this site.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to evaluate and follow up on Design Partner Program interest — to contact you about your club, assess pilot fit, and coordinate onboarding if you and ClubRelay decide to move forward together. We do not sell this information or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Analytics

clubrelay.app may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited and whether the Design Partner form is started and completed. Analytics events never include your name, email address, or the free-text content of your submission.

How long we keep it

We retain Design Partner submissions for as long as they are relevant to an active or prospective pilot relationship, and otherwise for a reasonable period to allow follow-up.
